How do I check the status of my order?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be emailed to you 3-6 business days after you purchase item. If you don’t receive email, please check junk mail folder.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 1 week for your order to process, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 1-3 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 3-4 weeks.
Why does shipping take so long?
Our products are one of a kind and are significantly lower priced than other competitors in the health industry. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.
Can I change my order?

How can I pay if I don’t have paypal account?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. You can choose “Pay by paypal” and pay with your credit card if you don’t have a Paypal account.

I ordered two products, but have received only one… what’s happening?
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!
Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we’ll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
