    I was first introduced to the "Fitness Magic Circle" during a physical therapy session to help strengthen my legs. I really liked how much easier it was to use the circle, rather than a rubber ball for exercises. A ball slips easily and doesn't allow for as much strength building.

    I recently had a hip replaced and was on the lookout for some of the tools my physical therapist has been using. This is one of them, and it's great. I'm not allowed to bend enough to use ankle weights, and this ring solves that problem. I just slip it over my feet and slide it above my knees for abductor work, or place it between my knees for adductor work. It couldn't be easier to use. Thanks!

    I purchased this one to keep at the office. I like it because I can quickly do exercises by putting it between my ankles, above the knees, or in my hands. I can do a few quick exercises throughout the day to energize myself. This circle is sturdy, but not overly difficult to press. I would encourage others to consider purchasing this pilates circle.

    I have a home gym and added this piece as another way to work my inner thighs, arms and chest. Much easier to grab this for a quick set when doing circuits than to put on ankle straps or change out plates.

    Not only can I use it to tighten my thighs, I can also do legs lifts to straighten my core, and tone my arms. My thighs, core, and arms are sore right when I use it. I feel confident my problem areas will firm up if I continue to use this ring, and I definitely plan to use it every day!
